Q2: What payment methods you can accept?
A: We can accept Paypal, Visa Card, Western Union and Bank Wire Transfer. Paypal is prefer.
Q3: How long does it take, before I can receive my order?
A: Provided everything is in stock, we can ship your order in less than 3-4 days, upon receiving payment, Shipping can take 6-8 days. A confirmation will be sent to you as soon as the shipment is dispatched. Should there's something that's out of stock, we will take a maximum period of 1?week time to outsource the missing one for you. If it still can’t be found after the given timeframe (1 week), a notification will be sent to you requesting for alternative solution.?
Q4: Why I have not recieved any notices since I ordered?
A: We will send a confirm E-MAIL to you within 24hours after you order, if you haven't received our confirmation in 48 hours, please change another mail box and send mail directly to famousbrandwatch@hotmail.com.
Q5: What should I do if I still don’t receive my order after the estimated delivery timeframe provided by you?
A: You will have to notify us via email at famousbrandwatch@hotmail.com and we'll investigate for you, followed by working out a replacement solution, whenever necessary. Whatever it is, you've paid us and we’ll ensure you receive your order, by any means necessary. We will inform you of the result within 2 days.
Q6: What if the shipment is lost or gone missing?
A: A replacement solution will be offered to you. All watches are insured before shipped.
Q7: What if I receive a defective watch?
A: Such problem is rather uncommon, considering we will only supply fine quality watches. We must make test before shipment, to guarantee the watch is perfect. However, If it's a manufacturing defect (that's beyond our control) on your watch, therefore a replacement solution will be offered to you.
Q8: What about custom tax or duty? How can we do if the watch is captured by the custom?
A: It’s not common that you have to pay tax/duty when importing something into the country. But tax/duty is something unavoidable and unpredictable, that we have no control upon. Custome is required to pay tax/duty for his/her shipment, should it occurs. As a tip, tax/duty most probably won't occur if the package is small (e.g. less than 4 items). We normally ship only 3-4 items per shipment for wholesale orders.If the watch is capture by the custom, our express company will inform us, and then I will make a replacement to you within 3 days after I get the information.
Q9: What's the WARRANTY?
A:We will gladly refund any defective product and exchange any unwanted products,
within 30 days of arrival. There is a 30-DAY WARRANTY on the watches, for
manufacturers' defects ONLY. And all the watches have one year's guarantee to keep them in good repair.
